"Overall, a reputable center, but I regret a recent lack of coordination. I contacted the center for treatment related to a personal issue, with prior approval from my Swiss health insurance (LAMal). Although I was invited by email to schedule an initial 30-minute appointment, this was refused by phone due to the technical transition to the TARMERC system. This is unfortunate because, despite the center's apparent quality, I find myself stuck without any visibility, even though my case is medically urgent and administratively ready. I would have appreciated it if the email invitation had been honored to discuss solutions, rather than being faced with a technical dead end after being asked to call."
