As a non-speaking German person, they spoke to me in English, explain me everything, plan our check ins, the surgery, post op check ins, payment plan super clear. The surgery itself was fast, I did it on Friday and next Monday I was at work as normal, I work in front of the computer 8h and I manage to do everything as usual.
