As by far the most anxious dental patient (injections) in the entire canton of ZG, this practice helped me to feel much more relaxed during the procedure by explaining/talking about what was currently being done in the mouth/on the tooth and what feelings I could probably expect at that moment. Everything from a rough drilling feeling to a sharp, pulling pressure feeling etc. was commented on. So I could always adjust to what was going to happen.
