As by far the most anxious dental patient (injections) in the entire canton of ZG, this practice helped me to feel much more relaxed during the procedure by explaining/talking about what was currently being done in the mouth/on the tooth and what feelings I could probably expect at that moment. Everything from a rough drilling feeling to a sharp, pulling pressure feeling etc. was commented on. So I could always adjust to what was going to happen. This practice took away my massive fear through its calm and explanatory manner and was able to help me to be pain-free again after an accident/breakage of a piece of a molar!
